โข Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
โข Some orders may ship in multiple packagesโyou will be notified by email with all tracking numbers
Tracking & Confirmation
โข Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number
โข Please allow up to 24โ48 hours for tracking information to update

Responsibility & Delivery Issues
Glowticas is not responsible for:
โข Stolen packages after delivery confirmation
โข Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
โข Delays or failed deliveries caused by the shipping carrier
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your package is lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a package at delivery, you will be charged for the original shipping, return shipping, and a restocking fee.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email. You may choose to wait, receive a refund, or select a replacement.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Once the package reaches your country, local customs will handle delivery.
Glowticas is not responsible for customs delays or seized packages. High-risk countries include: India, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, South Korea.
