Glowticas aims to provide fast, secure, and discreet shipping. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the conditions of this Shipping Policy.
Shipping Fee & Delivery Time
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders
• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
• Shipping time begins once the order is processed and shipped (weekends and public holidays are not business days)
Processing Time
• Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, depending on stock availability
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
• Some orders may ship in multiple packages—you will be notified by email with all tracking numbers
Tracking & Confirmation
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number
• Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update
Discreet Packaging
• All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no logos or adult references
• We use unbranded boxes, opaque padded envelopes, or standard carrier packaging
• No marketing materials are included, and return labels are discreet
Responsibility & Delivery Issues
Glowticas is not responsible for:
• Stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Delays or failed deliveries caused by the shipping carrier
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your package is lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a package at delivery, you will be charged for the original shipping, return shipping, and a restocking fee.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email. You may choose to wait, receive a refund, or select a replacement.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Once the package reaches your country, local customs will handle delivery.
Glowticas is not responsible for customs delays or seized packages. High-risk countries include: India, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, South Korea.
Carriers We Use
We ship via trusted services such as FedEx, UPS, and other reliable local or international carriers. Carrier selection is based on speed and location—not customer preference.
