Glowticas Return & Exchange Policy

Glowticas offers a 180-Day Return or Exchange Policy for eligible items. Please review the instructions below to determine if your item qualifies for return or replacement.

Full Coverage Return Reasons (Glowticas covers return postage and replacement fees):
• You received the wrong item or order.
• You received damaged or broken products.
• The product received is defective or of poor quality.

Customer-Caused Returns:
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect item ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Fees will depend on the courier service used.

Not Covered Under Return Policy:
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
• Items exposed to corrosive substances such as pool water, silver polish, or spa chemicals.
• Returns submitted without prior approval or outside the return window.

Return Instructions:
• Contact us at help@glowticas.com to request a Return Authorization.
• Ensure items are unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and components intact.
• Ship the item to the address we provide after your return is approved.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our policy.

Intimate Products – All Sales Final:
Due to the intimate nature of our products and in compliance with health and hygiene regulations, all sales are final on items that:
• Are designed to come into contact with intimate body parts or fluids.
• Have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Fall under categories that are legally non-returnable.

This includes but is not limited to:
• Vibrators and dildos
• Anal toys, beads, and plugs
• Masturbators, cock rings, and sleeves
• Lingerie, bondage gear, and men’s wear
• Lubricants, massage oils, body paints
• Douche/enema kits, gags, and ropes

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective (e.g., mechanical issue with a battery-operated toy) or if there was a shipping error, contact us within 15 days of delivery. Approved replacements will be arranged accordingly. Used items cannot be returned or credited.

Refund Processing:
• Refunds for eligible returns are issued after item inspection.
• Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
• PayPal refunds typically process immediately. Credit card refunds may take 5–7 business days.
• If the item is found to be in perfect condition, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
