Q: Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?

A: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Will the packaging mention sex toys or anything adult-related?

A: Absolutely not. All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. No one will know what’s inside except you—and us.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Standard international delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel at 17track.net.

Q: I haven’t received my shipping confirmation—what now?

Q: My toy won’t turn on—what do I do?

A: Most of our toys require you to press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds. Avoid double-pressing. If you’re still having issues, contact us for troubleshooting.

Q: How do I clean my toy?

A: Gently wash your toy with warm water and a mild, unscented soap or a toy cleaner. Do not submerge electrical components unless labeled waterproof.

Q: Can I use any charger or lubricant?

A: Always use the original USB cable provided. Use only water-based lubricants with silicone toys to prevent damage.

Q: Can I use my toy while it’s charging?

A: For safety reasons, no. Please allow your toy to fully charge before use.

🔒 Returns & Warranty

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Due to hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on used or opened products. Please read our Return Policy for full details.

Q: What if my product is defective?

A: All Glowticas toys include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something isn’t working right, contact us—we’ll troubleshoot and arrange a replacement if needed.

Q: Who pays shipping for warranty returns?

A: International customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure it’s handled smoothly.
